Before you place an order, please be sure to read and agree to these important terms and conditions.

I may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this post, so please read them carefully each time you make a purchase.

By the use of the term ‘I’, ‘me’ and ‘my’ on this website, Cuddle Me Keepsakes social media channels or in these terms and conditions, it refers to the sole trader and owner of Cuddle Me Keepsakes, Leah Legg and Cuddle Me Keepsakes as a whole.

PRICES
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are detailed on cuddlemekeepsakes.co.uk and the Cuddle Me Keepsakes social media channels.

Postage, packing and personalisation is not included in product prices and is listed separately. You will be quoted the full price of your transaction including postage, packing and personalisation before you complete your purchase.

PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed via www.cuddlemekeepsakes.co.uk, through the Cuddle Me Keepsakes social media channels or via email to leah@cuddlemekeepsakes.co.uk.

Full payment must be received before the creation of your keepsake can begin and no items will be dispatched until full payment has been received. Payments can be made via BACS on receipt of an invoice from Cuddle Me Keepsakes.

At the time of order I will let you know how long the waiting time is from when your clothes have been received.

Please ensure you include a note with your clothes detailing your order number, name, return address and any special comments/requests.

SENDING YOUR CLOTHES
When your order has been placed, I will email you with full details on where to send your clothes.

When sending clothes to me, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the parcel is securely wrapped with my address clearly written and return address details on the reverse. I would recommend sending all clothes recorded delivery, special delivery or via a tracked courier service as I cannot be responsible for any items lost in the post on their way to me.

By sending clothing to Cuddle Me Keepsakes you are giving full permission for your clothing to be cut and transformed in to your requested keepsake.

DELIVERY
Turnaround time for your keepsake will be advised when placing your order. I reserve the right to change turnaround times at any time without notice.

Your goods will be delivered to the address provided when placing your order. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of this address at the time of order. Please note, I only post to UK addresses.

All items dispatched by Cuddle Me Keepsakes are delivered to a UK address by a tracked courier service and should arrive within 3 working days from dispatch. I am unable to accept responsibility for items once they have been dispatched.

Cuddle Me Keepsakes will not be responsible for delays or damage during delivery caused by any third party.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards can be purchased in any denomination and can be used on any product order from www.cuddlemekeepsakes.co.uk. Available as two options, you can choose to have a voucher emailed to you or a gift card posted to you or directly to the recipient. Gift cards have a two year expiry date from the date of purchase.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
As keepsakes are personalised items I cannot accept returns unless they are actually faulty. Whilst all of my keepsakes are made with love, care and attention to detail, if in the unlikely event any fault is deemed to be that of Cuddle Me Keepsakes I will happily correct any mistakes made and cover the cost of return postage. Please contact me within seven days of receiving your keepsake to report any faulty items.

Where there is no actual fault but you are unhappy with the appearance, I may agree to try and alter your keepsake for a £15 fee. You will also need to cover the cost of return postage.

I cannot refund or exchange customer damaged items, however, as above, I can look at corrections being made for an admin fee of £15, with the cost of return postage being the responsibility of the customer.

If retuning an item, please ensure proof of postage is obtained as Cuddle Me Keepsakes can accept no responsibility for items until they have arrived with me.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your order at any point prior to the production of your keepsake commencing. Please contact me in writing (email or message) as soon as possible if you change your mind and wish to cancel. As each keepsake is individually made bespoke for you, unfortunately you cannot cancel your order once production has commenced.

COPYRIGHT (Intellectual Property Rights)
Amie Bear, Cuddle Bunny and Jack-Jack Lion patterns are owned by Funky Friends Factory. Boo the Elephant pattern is owned by Huggable Patterns.

My Website and all contents (including images, logos, photographs, audio, videos, descriptions and any other materials) are owned by Cuddle Me Keepsakes. It is protected by copyright, which along with all other intellectual property rights in the Website belong to Cuddle Me Keepsakes. The website is available for your personal use only and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Cuddle Me Keepsakes reserves the right to use its own photography of products it has created for marketing purposes.

DISCLAIMER
I do my utmost to ensure that all the information included on the Cuddle Me Keepsakes website and social media channels is correct. As all the keepsakes I make are handmade and personalised, all measurements quoted are approximate. Please note, my keepsakes will vary greatly in appearance depending on the clothing supplied by you the customer.

It is your responsibility to provide clothing/fabric in a suitable condition. I reserve the right not to include any items that I deem unsuitable for use and in such cases I will contact you to give you the opportunity to send additional clothes, though you will be responsible for additional postage and packing. If you have any special requests of which details to include from the clothing you have provided, please specify this when sending the clothes to me. I will do my best to accommodate all requests but cannot guarantee to include all special requests. If you have any queries regarding the condition of the clothes you are sending, please contact me prior to sending.

Any unused scraps of fabric will be recycled following dispatch of your keepsake, unless you specify otherwise. If you would like any fabric cuttings returned to you this may incur additional postage costs.

Keepsakes within the First Cuddles Collections (Bear, Bunny, Lion & Elephant) are keepsakes only and should not be used as toys. As they are made from fabric from individual clothes provided by you, it is not possible to test them to CE standards and are not CE approved. Therefore they are not suitable for persons under 14 years of age and cannot withstand rough handling. All stuffing used within the First Cuddles collection is 100% polyester and complies with British Standards BS5852, and safety eyes are always used.

It is important to be aware that duvets and cushions should not be used in the cot for any baby under the age of one.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that all spelling is correct for personalisation. A charge will be made for any changes required once the embroidery has been completed, if the error is the fault of the customer.

Cuddle Me Keepsakes do not accept any liability for the misuse of keepsakes.
